How do I download the Carobmill Flavours Club App? 

  1. Go to App Store or Google Play
  2. Search for Carobmill Flavours Club
  3. Download the app free of charge
  4. Sign up

 

How do I login to the Carobmill Flavours Club App? 

- If you have a Black Flavours Club Card:

  • Select “Create New Account” and click the “I have a Flavours Club Card” box. 
  • Enter the 7 (seven) last digits of your card number, your phone number, date of birth, email and password.
  • For confirmation, you will receive an email with a unique code.
  • Enter the confirmation code on the mobile app.

- If you don’t have a Black Flavours Club Card:

  • Select “Create New Account”.
  • Enter your First and Last name, phone number, date of birth, email and password.
  • For confirmation, you will receive an email with a unique code.
  • Enter the confirmation code on the mobile app.

 

I have registered on the app without entering my Black Flavours Club Card  

  • If you have created an account on the app and you are also a Black Flavours cardholder, please contact us by sending an email to flavours@carobmill-restaurants.com or by calling at +357 25820430. 

 

Will I be able to use my Black Flavours Card once I connect it with my app account?

  • No, your card balance will be transferred to your app account and your card will be canceled.

 

Who can register to Flavours Club?

  • To participate to Flavours Club you must be 18 years and older.

 

How does Flavours Club program work? 

  • With every transaction at any of Carob Mill Restaurants, you can receive 5% cashback on the total amount indicated on your purchase receipt. The reward amount will be entered into your digital wallet the next day of your visit. You can instantly redeem your award amounts by providing your App account number to the waiter.

 

Does Flavours Club provide other benefits except 5% cashback?

  • Yes, Flavours Club provides double cashback (10%) the day of your birthday. You are also awarded 5€ cashback when you sign up and every time you refer a friend to the app.

 

How do I refer a friend?

  • Click on the menu button found on the top left corner of the screen.
  • Select “Refer a Friend”.
  • Add your friend’s email address and click submit.

 
Will my 5% cashback or any other benefit ever expire?

  • 5% cashback expires 12 months after the date of each collection.
  • 10% cashback (birthday award) expires 12 months after the date of collection.
  • 5€ cashback from sign up and/or referring a friend expires 6 months after the date of each collection.

 

Where can I see my balance?

  • Once you have logged into the app, your balance will be visible below your Account number in the Home page.

 

How do I use the mobile app to earn cashback?

  • Once you have logged into the app, click on the QR code icon that you will find on the right top corner of the Home page.
  • Scan the QR code that you will find on your receipt.

 

How do I redeem my cashback?

  • Inform one of our waiters that you wish to redeem your cashback prior to the issue of the bill.
  • Provide to the waiter your account number and the amount you wish to redeem.

 

I have forgotten my Password

  • Select the option “Forgot Password?” and you will be sent an email with a link for a new password.



How do I edit my Personal Details?

  • Click on the menu button on the top left corner of the screen.
  • Select “My Account” and then “Profile” .
  • Click on the button with the pen at the top right corner of the screen.
